Cancellations may incur Post-Ticketing Service Fees, in addition to any penalties or charges imposed by the service provider. All fees charged by Fareodeals are non-refundable, regardless of the service provider’s cancellation outcome.   • Most services, including low-cost carrier and Basic Economy airline tickets, certain hotel reservations, car rentals, vacation packages, and cruises, are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancellable, even within 24 hours of booking. This is clearly disclosed during the booking process. Cancellations may still incur the fees listed above, and no refunds or credits will be issued unless permitted by the service provider.
3.2 Travel Credits:
  • In cases where cancellations are permitted by the service provider, a travel credit may be issued instead of a refund, subject to the provider’s terms, expiration dates, and applicable fare differences. 3.3 No-Show Policy:

  • In the unlikely event that Fareodeals cancels a booking due to operational reasons, we will offer suitable alternatives (e.g., alternative flights, accommodations, or cruise dates) or coordinate with the service provider to facilitate a refund or credit, subject to their policies.
3.5 Force Majeure:
  • Cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) are subject to the service provider’s policies. Fareodeals will assist in coordinating with the provider but is not responsible for the outcome.
